First we talk

Send in your application. We'll get back to you sooner than you'd think. The application is a short cut for both you and us to see if we're a match, and a conversation via phone, Skype, or in person then fleshes out what you need and want and if we can provide the best service for you.

It's a match

If we're indeed two peas in a pod, then we go to the next phase. You will receive a workbook that dives into who you are and what your business is all about. It is designed to get you thinking in all the right ways before we have our first real brainstorm together.

Getting messy

We schedule a phone or Skype meeting that will cover what you wrote in the workbook, which we can then sketch out into a very rough treatment. A treatment is a short piece of text, usually a page, where we describe how we see the video, what's the concept, and what resources we will need to achieve it. This will be a messy and creative conversation. Then we continue the conversation back and forth with via Google Docs for 1-3 weeks and finalize the treatment.

The shoot

This will be a one-day bonanza. We'll probably take care of everything the same day. We'll bring our $50,000 worth of fancy equipment to make you look your best We'll help you decide what to wear and how to present yourself. Voice coaching is inevitable - the process is a hybrid between documentary and fiction. You want each line and each word to count, so we write a guide ahead of time, but on site you'll find it's harder than it looks to read those lines! We'll help you deliver your content in a genuine, natural way.

Editing

This will take 4-8 weeks until final delivery - so three drafts total with your feedback and comments included in between each draft. If you're in a huge rush, we can talk.

It’s a wrap!

You have something most people don't have - a stellar video explaining you and your business's heart-centered approach perfectly.
